Star Trek Discovery Poster #4

The U.S.S. Discovery is the much maligned hero ship of the upcoming Star Trek: Discovery, based on the equally maligned Ken Adam/Ralph McQuarrie design for the U.S.S. Enterprise for 1970's "Planet of the Titans". I wanted to show that the design had some amazing angles.

The ship has evolved since the unveiling in July of 2016 and the public doesn't yet know the final result but I have had fun putting the ship into fantastical land and starscapes.

For this version I have the Discovery on a recovery mission of an old NX class starship, because nothing exciting ever happens when Starfleet finds a derelict starship!
